After 'Baahubali' audio launch, many people felt that Mahesh Babu will take a back step in releasing 'Srimanthudu' on 17th July as Rajamouli announces 'Baahubali' release date July 10th. But according to the reports, makers of Srimanthdu have cleared that there is no back-stepping for the sake of Baahubali or another flick. 

Srimanthudu targets July 17th irrespective of the other releases around. Even trade analysts feel that Mahesh need not fear any film at theaters because his super-stardom is much powerful than any other big budgeted flick that will be in the race. Also, sticking to 17th points out how confident he is on the output. Post production works of Srimanthudu in full swing, while a couple of songs are yet to be shot on lead pair. Shruti Haasan is the heroine in this movie, while Jagapathi Babu and Sukanya are playing his parents. Devi Sri Prasad scored the music and audio will be launched in grand manner in coming days.
