Actor Rana Daggubati who is producing films under Suresh Productions banner has now made an interesting update that he will be joining hands with Dar Media Pvt Ltd. for biopic on Sri Lanka cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan.

Popular actor Vijay Sethupathi who is seen in films like Vikram Vedha, Petta will star as the Sri Lankan spin legend in this biopic. Vijay Sethupathi while talking with media said “Portraying the role of Murali is going to be a challenge for me and I’m looking forward to it. I'm delighted that Murali himself will be closely involved with the project and guiding me on the cricketing aspects.”
