With that rating, Dil Bechara became the highest rated Indian movie ever on IMDB. It crossed Kamal Hassan's Anbe Shivam to stand at top. So Sushant Singh Rajput became first ever Indian hero to have 9.8 rated movie in IMDB. Fans are very happy with this ratings and they claimed that this is the perfect tribute to Sushant.
Coming to the movie note, Dil Bechara is the perfect blend of emotions. Even though the story line is thin, the scenes between lead pair  carries audience through many emotions.
