Sai Pallavi always stays away from commercial path. She accepts an offer only if that role suits her and if she gets good scope for performance. She follows the same principle for every movie irrespective of the star she will pair with. Now even the Megastar Chiranjeevi's offer too rejected by her.

Chiranjeevi's upcoming film 'Acharya', being helmed by blockbuster director Koratala Siva. Even though the shooting has started before the lockdown period, they have not finalised any actress for a crucial naxalite role in the movie.
Meanwhile Sai Pallavi is essaying similar naxalite role in 'Virata Parvam' and recently a poster of her was released. Impressed with that look, Chiranjeevi asked the Acharya team to approach her for that naxalite role in Acharya, and they followed his decision. However as per reports Sai Pallavi said no itseems, the reason for this is still unknown. So the Acharya team is now looking for other options for that role.
Currently Sai Pallavi is essaying the lead actress role in Naga Chaitanya's 'Love Story'. It is being helmed by her 'Fida' director Sekhar Kammula. Along with this she is playing a naxalite role in Rana Daggubati's 'Virata Parvam'.
