The trailer looks very promising and heart warming. It begins by introducing the female lead character essayed by Sanjana Sanghi. Clearly we can see that she is suffering from cancer. Later she will join the college and there comes her Romeo. Seems like the scenes between the lead pair came out very well and may stand tall in the movie. Later as her cancer gets growing, we can see the emotional ride.
The trailer cut also has a dialogue from Sushant saying, " We don't get to decide when we're born or when we die ". So after watching the trailer we can clearly see that an emotional ride awaits all of us.
