Currently Akhil Akkineni is busy with 'Most Eligible Bachelor' which is being helmed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Pooja Hegde is pairing with Akhil. Allu Aravind is presenting the film. Earlier they eyed for Sankranti 2021 release, but the Covid-19 has other plans.
As per reports, Allu Aravind asked Nagarjuna about OTT release for the film as the theatres are shut down. However Nag made it clear that there is no question of releasing the film in OTT platform. He wants theatrical release no matter how many months they have to wait. He even said that he will bear the losses for the producers due to delay in release.
This movie is very crucial for Akhil to taste first success. Thus, Nag wants the film to release only in theaters as he thinks that OTT release may effect his market.
