Stylish star Allu Arjun has teamed up with Sukumar for 'Pushpa'. This is third film in their combination after 'Arya' and 'Arya 2'. Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling this project. The regular shoot will commence from October.

As per the latest sources, Actor Jagapathi Babu will play the antagonist role in the film. He essayed antagonist role in Sukumar's previous film 'Rangasthalam' too.
Earlier Vijay Sethupathi was roped in for a crucial role in the film.

But due to some issues he has opted himself out. Now there are few discussions that Jagapathi Babu will be the replacement of Vijay Sethupathi in the film. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.
