రాజమౌళి - మహేష్.. అసలు ఏం జరుగుతోంది..?

Even though many tollywood films have been released in OTT platforms so far, all of them are small budget films starring tier 3 and 4 actors. But now if all goes well, a big film will soon stream in a giant OTT platform.

Natural Star Nani and Sudheer Babu's 'V' movie would have been released in theatres by now if the Covid-19 has not hit the world. Unfortunately as the theatres got shut down, the makers had to wait for a long time. Earlier they were against the OTT release, but as things became completely uncertain they have changed their minds. There is no clarity on when theatres get reopened, even if they get permission, they may be restricted with lesser occupancy. Therefore OTT release is the only better option for the 'V' makers.

As per sources, 'V' will stream in Amazon Prime Video on the first week of September. Along with this there are also speculations that Dil Raju will start his own streaming platform and release the movie there with his own pricing scheme. The official announcement regarding the same will give clarity on this.
