It is known that Thalapathy Vijay attended legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam's funeral and gave his condolences to the family.
Vijay is an ardent admirer of SP Balasubrahmanyam and therefore he even attended the funeral despite Covid-19 pandemic.
As Vijay attended the funeral, huge crowd gathered around him especially while he was leaving the place. Unable to control such a huge crowd, police officials decided to do lathi charge. During this heated moment, one of the fans lost his footwear while trying to run away from the police. When he came back to take his footwear, Vijay came over it and surprisingly he himself took that cheppal and handed over to his fan. This has surprised everyone as such a huge star took his fan's cheppal with his own hands and handed over to him. This was such a great gesture from Thalapathy Vijay and his fans are hailing him over this. Kudos to Vijay.
