This has become a discussion mainly among Mahesh Babu fans. As Keerthy Suresh is playing the lead actress role in Mahesh's Sarkaru Vaari Paata, many of his fans didn't like her thin look. Whereas there were few fans who are staying at the other side of the discussion. However she looked beautiful in Good Luck Sakhi teaser,so this picture might have some effect of the camera angle.
