The current lockdown period forced many actors to make changes in their decisions regarding their upcoming projects. Some had to opt themselves out of projects and some had to join new movie units. The same goes with Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Sukumar's upcoming rustic thriller 'Pushpa'.


We already know that Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is playing a crucial role in the movie. But recently rumours flew around that he is out of the movie as he demanded huge remuneration. Now to put an end to this, Vijay opened up in a tamil interview.
Vijay confirmed his exit from the Pushpa movie. However he said the reason is not about remuneration but about dates adjustment. As the shootings are suspended due to Covid-19, he had to adjust the dates of all his commitments. He liked the script and his role but unfortunately he could not adjust the dates. Because of this, he thought he may become a problem for the Pushpa team as he can not give ample of dates for them. He also said that he met Sukumar and explained this to him and there are no differences between him and Sukumar.
As there is a vacancy now, the movie unit are looking to fill it with options like Arvind Swamy, Bobby Simha.
